If you create an account to write, format, or submit guitar tabs, chords, or notation on our Service, you maintain ownership of your text arrangements but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content to our users.

• • Any direct, indirect, or incidental data loss (including lost custom chord drafts or formatting modifications) resulting from database or technical maintenance cycles.
• • Audio tuning accuracy variances within our digital Guitar Tuner tool. Always verify with premium hardware before professional live performances.

06. Account Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your account access to ChordMM at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users or our platform interests.
